Yoga Day through the efforts of our Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi followed by a talk on yoga and its impact on mental health during this pandemic. The day was observed upholding our spiritualistic tendencies towards a better self. It was followed by a small Yoga awareness song glorifying the ideals of Yoga and its essence in its birth place India and finally the program was concluded by the melodious voice of Dr. Rekha Nariwal, Head, Department of Education, The Bhawanipur Education Society College, who with her Ghazal touched our souls and finally concluding remarks was given by Ms. Madhuja Biswas, Lecturer, Department of Education, The Bhawanipur Education Society College.
