On 31st March 2015, Prof. Sudip Mallik, senior advisor of NIESBUD (Ministry of MSME, GoI), visited the college from 8.30 am to 10.30 am.
During this period he interacted with about 60 students wherein he explained the need for entrepreneurship. He explained the Government’s initiative in this direction and distributed forms for the mapping of entrepreneurial attitude of the students.
In his interaction with Prof. Dilip Shah, he enthusiastically explained that his findings were very encouraging and he shall revert back with a feedback and the plan for skill development. He also invited the students and professors to the newly started MSME centre at Camac Street, Kolkata.
On 8th December 2022, The Bhawanipur Education Society College organised an event called The Pop Culture Quiz. The event commenced from 11 am onwards in the Society Hall of the college with 12 teams having 2 members each; competing for the top 6 positions.
