The Bhawanipur Education Society College hosted a placement drive on December 9, 2023, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at the college library. The event served as a gateway for students to embark on promising career paths. This time, two distinguished companies, Max Life Insurance and BDG PolySteel Limited, participated in the drive, each scouting for different roles – Max Life Insurance sought Financial Analyst Trainees, while BDG PolySteel Limited sought candidates for Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Accounts positions.
A total of 42 students were shortlisted by Max Life Insurance, with 3 emerging successfully selected. BDG PolySteel Limited shortlisted 57 candidates, ultimately selecting 6. The selection process was meticulously carried out through two rounds of interviews, with the first being held at the college library. Notably, no group discussion was conducted, streamlining the process and placing a direct focus on individual candidate assessments.
The drive witnessed active participation from students, creating an engaging atmosphere. The event culminated in a successful note, as students secured opportunities to contribute their skills in the respective domains of finance, marketing, digital marketing, and accounts.
