As the program started, Mr. Manshukhani (Guest speaker, Capacity Building Trainer) addressed the audience with his introductory speech on his professional experiences. He spoke about the steps involved in making a successful business Plan. He concentrated on the subject of:
– what goes into a business plan and why
– the importance of developing a marketing plan
– why a financial strategy is useful
– how a SWOT analysis can help you identify your business hotspots
– why reviewing performance is so important.
After his speech he was asked on the applicability of the business plans proposed by the students present. He guided the students on the relevance to their Business plan and also how to take them forward. No matter if you are in business now or want to start a business, you’ll always need a Business Plan to kick start your dreams. He signed off by saying “business in actual practice is a difficult task.”
The workshop guided students on the tools to prepare a business plan and imparted valuable information to help them start and grow their business. A perfect training session to guide their entrepreneurial skills at the event Pehel at the Nexus Business fest of the College.
Prof. Divyesh Shah felicitated Mr. Manshukhani and invited him for Nexus’15.
