“Excellence in education is when we do everything, we can to make sure they become everything they can.”
Perhaps there is no moment quite like the one that makes one feel proud of achievements of their children. And when they are 189, the joy is magnified. On the 8th of September, 2022 these bright stars of The Bhawanipur College claimed their stake to fame as they stood decorated with shining medals and a neat folder holding a certificate, and the fee exempted cheque. Yes, the fee for the first semester was refunded and exceedingly subsidized for the subsequent academic years. So, it was a celebration of learning felicitating their quest for education and academic excellence.
The day was set rolling by the traditional lamp lighting ceremony followed by an inspiring speech by Dr. Suman Mukerjee, who focused on Vision and Mission as the way forward in life. One must work hard towards ones vision and know what you are doing, to set progress on the path of righteousness, honesty, spine to speak up and have your own opinions as YOU are the Future.
Subsequently Prof. Dilip Shah, the Dean of Students Affairs, stressed that it is the partnership between them and the institution as the major contributor of the institution’s success and excellence. And hope to see them actively involved in the college initiatives that go to show their commitment and shared passion for the Institute.
