On September 9th, 2025, The Bhawanipur Education Society College collaborated with Red FM to host “ College Ke Tashanbaaz”, an intra-college talent hunt. The event provided participants with a platform to showcase their unique skills in various categories, including singing, dancing, music bands, open mic, and instruments, as around 50 participants competed for the title of “College ke Tashanbaaz”.
The competition came to life at the Concept Hall of the college campus at 12:30 P.M., where RJ Anup and RJ Abhinav took over the stage and pumped up the crowd for Tashanbaaz, explaining its rules and the flow of the event. They expressed gratitude to the crowd for their enthusiastic presence. To mark the beginning of the event, the Rector & Dean of Student Affairs, Prof. Dilip Shah, delivered a rousing speech, which enhanced the spirit of the event. Following that, RJ Anup introduced a doodling competition hosted by Pentonic. He explained that a canvas was set up for the audience to showcase their artistic skills, and also instructed them to write their names beneath, as the individual with the most eye-catching doodle would be awarded with a Pentonic hamper. The event kicked off on a melodious note, with the contestant, Aryan Gupta, mesmerising the crowd with his vocals. Subsequently, an open mic performer took the stage and narrated an incident that had the crowd roaring with laughter. The competition involved showcases of talents from a variety of spectrums, from solo dances, heartwarming shayari, to beatboxing, which reflected the seed of creativity present in today’s youth. A variety of games and quizzes were organised to keep the audience engaged, including a bubble-blowing competition where the winner received a boomer hamper. This was followed by a Gen Z terminology quiz segment, which awarded the top performer with a hamper. This flow of entertainment, in no time, had the space transformed into a dance floor, with the crowds dancing their hearts out.
The event concluded with the announcement of the representatives of BESC at the grand finale of Red FM’s Tashanbaaz, featuring Aryan Gupta, Swagata, and Kushi Singh, and the winners, namely, Raunak Singh and Vikramaditya, who were awarded the title of Boomer Swag Performers of the Day.
