The event was on the 18th of April, at 12:00 noon and it ended at 6:00 pm. The venue for the event was Society hall. Ayush Banerjee the guest speaker and an Executive Board, he was felicitated by Prof.Dilip Shah.
Ayush Banerjee has been a delegate in 32 MUNs and has won, one or the other position. He has been the EB in above 22 MUNs and has been in the Organizing Committee in 5 MUNs, also, he has been a part of the UN Online Volunteer for Project under Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre under the Norwegian Refugee Council as a Data Analyst for Migration in Bangladesh.
The Agenda of the MOCK was “Protection of civilians in areas of armed conflict.” There were 18 countries delegating , the crowd was enthusiastic, the delegates were highly participative.The event started with the Executive Board giving the basic idea about MUNs, after his conversation with the delegates, the General Speaker List was mentioned, 10 countries were in the list. After a short break the mock started. The very first speaker was the delegate of Jordan, who was followed with a debate with the same enthusiasm.
