Whether that decision is to select a specialization, organisation or a profession this choice is crucial as it has a direct impact on the aspects of an individual’s life such as life style, self-satisfaction, work-life balance and quality of life.
Understanding this significance and the difficulty of choosing the right career choice, The Bhawanipur Education Society College organized its first in-house career fair in the college premises named – Career Café to make things easier for the high-school graduates and college students.

First, there were one to one counseling session conducted in each stall and second, there were 21 eminent speakers invited to talk about the different courses available and trending in the real world. The topic for which was ‘Emerging New Careers of 2019’.
On 6th August at 10:30 am amidst cheers of students, sponsors and faculty members of the college , The Career Fair was inaugurated by Prof. Dilip Shah.
