“I love the energy out here” said the voice of kolkata , Jimmy Tangree, from 91.9 friends FM, the Chief-Guest for Communique’15 . With all its elevated spirit and zeal, entering in its 4th year communique the inter college literary meet celebrates the lustrous and lucid world of literature.
The dignified attendees included Mr. Parnab Mukerjee a seasoned quizzard who has closely been working with UNESCO, honestly an encyclopaedia, Ms. Mitali Sengupta who headed the English department at the prestigious La Martiniere for boys along with them was the communications expert and content writer Mr. Chawm Ganguly, who is constantly guiding the Social media team of the college.
A total of 11 premier college’s comprising of St. Xavier’s College, J.D.Birla (BBA), J.D. Birla (B.Com.), Ashustosh College, Sri Shikshayatan, ILead, Amity, Hazra Law College , IBS , JCC Law College & Jadavpur University . Competed for the much anticipated Communique’15 trophy which would be given to the overall winners of the fest spanning across a total of 13 events some of which included debating, creative writing , mock parliament , turncoat debate , newspaper designing etc.
After a hectic yet exciting day’s event, the winners were acknowledged for their excellence in their respective events. With the Be-ites emerging yet again the overall champions, which was passed on to the 1st runner’s up being St. Xavier’s Kolkata.
