The visit commenced with a briefing session at 11:35 AM, where key aspects of Rollicks’ operations were highlighted. It was revealed that the company has undergone significant growth, with its production capacity increasing from 30 crore to 150 crore since its launch in 2009. Notably, Rollicks has diversified its product range to include a variety of frozen desserts, including ice creams, kulfi, and soon-to-be-launched products like mango solvet.
Production Process:
Rollicks’ production process was meticulously explained, showcasing their in-house preparation of ingredients such as chocolate paste, palm oil, and butter.
