The event commenced on a pleasant note as Prof. Dilip Shah introduced the keynote speaker for the day who was Mr. Abhirup Banerjee, he is a seasoned Human Resource recruiter with an insurmountable experience of over eighteen years. Upon taking his turn on the dais, he addressed the members of the audience regarding imperative requisites of the relatively unknown Corporate Interview circuit. He immediately captivated the audience with his forthright attitude and eloquence.
Mr. Banerjee said that “Knowledge and Research” are the paramount factors for a successful interview. His expertise on the subject gave us a brief insight on tackling different situations in various interviews across various organizations. He spoke on how to take stress free interviews with confidence, etiquette, panache and finesse. During the presentation and speech the audience questioned him on how one could do away with stress in stressful environments and they were diligently answered. He conducted three mock interviews so as to give a general idea of what one may expect in the corporate forum. He reiterated the important points discussed earlier. To conclude, a token of appreciation by Prof. Vijay Kothari was presented to Mr. Banerjee.
