ID CARD DISTRIBUTION FOR SEMESTER I STUDENTS (ADMITTED IN SESSION 2022-23) – B.COM./ B.A./ B.SC./BBA

B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc./ BBA Semester I students (admitted in academic year 2022-23) are hereby informed that their College ID Card will be distributed between Monday, 12^th September 2022 to Friday, 16^th September 2022 from Valia Hall (Ground Floor, College campus, 5 Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani, Kolkata 700020). Check the below mentioned link for the detailed schedule of the same.

Important Instructions:

1. It is mandatory to wear mask, strictly follow the time slot allotted to you & maintain the social distancing norms while visiting campus for College ID card collection.

2. It is mandatory to be in proper attire as your photograph will be captured for the College ID card and the same shall be issued to you on the spot.

3. It is mandatory to show the schedule allotment screen at the entrance gate of the distribution venue. It is recommended that you take a screenshot of the schedule screen. (Screenshot must include Name, UID, Course, application number, allotted counter & time schedule)

4. It is mandatory for semester I students to collect their college ID Card on the scheduled date & time (mentioned in the below link). No request for issuance of ID card shall be entertained after completion of the allotted schedule.
