The Objective of the event: The event aimed to distribute Glucon-D water to passersby, offering relief to thousands of individuals suffering from dehydration.
Brief description of the event: The Thirst Aid – Pipasa Free Glucon-D Distribution Camp was held at The Bhawanipur College from April 29 to May 4, 2024, in response to the city’s unprecedented summer heat and rising cases of dehydration. NSS volunteers and students from the Department of Commerce both UG (Morning, Afternoon & Evening) distributed Glucon-D Water to passersby on the pavement of 4A Elgin Road, providing timely relief to those in need. The Thirst Aid – Pipasa Free Glucon-D Distribution Camp was a resounding success, providing critical relief to thousands of thirsty individuals. Our team’s dedication and commitment to community service made a tangible difference in the lives of those affected by the harsh summer conditions. We look forward to continuing our efforts to make a positive impact in the community.
The outcome of the event: Successfully distributed over 5,000 Glasses of Glucon-D water.
