B.Com. / B.A. / B.Sc. / BBA Semester I Students are hereby informed that their Calcutta University Registration procedure for the Academic Year 2023-2024 will be starting tentatively from Thursday, 7th September 2023.
The above mentioned Calcutta University Registration Procedure is divided into two parts and it is mandatory to complete both the parts.
Part 1 – Online Registration Data submission Process. This process will start tentatively from 07/09/2023.
Part 2 – Physical submission of Registration data sheet along with the documents at the college campus. This process will start tentatively from 11/09/2023.
It is mandatory to complete both the parts as mentioned above for successful completion of your Calcutta University Registration Process.
The detailed notice along with the procedure for the Calcutta University Online Registration Process & schedule for submission of hardcopy of registration data sheet along with other documents will be uploaded on the College website under notice board section on Thursday, 7th September 2023 by 03:00 pm.
Students are advised to keep the following documents handy while doing the Calcutta University Online Registration data submission Process (Part -1). They will also require these documents at the time of physical submission of the Registration data sheet (Part -2).
1. One photocopy of Class XII Board Original Marksheet.Please note that the Internet or Digilocker copy of your class XII board marksheet will NOT BE ACCEPTED by Calcutta University for the registration process.
2. One photocopy of the Original Class X Board Admit Card / Birth Certificate issued by the Government.
3. Original Class XII Board Migration Certificate. This document is mandatory for students to submit at the college with the registration data sheet. This document is not applicable for students coming from CBSE/ ISC/ WBCHSE/ NIOS Board .
4. One photocopy of Student’s Aadhar Card (applicable to Indian Citizens only).
5. One photocopy of the Caste (SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B) certificate issued by Government of West Bengal.(Required only if applied under SC/ ST/ OBC category).
6. One photocopy of Calcutta University RegistrationCertificate(only applicable to the students registered with University of Calcutta in the year 2022 or before).
7. One photocopy of the Person with Disability Certificate(Required only if applied under the Physically Handicapped category).
8. One photocopy of EWS Certificate (Economically Weaker Section) issued by Government of West Bengal.(Required only if applied under EWS category).
Please Note:
a) In case you have not received your original marksheet/ migration certificate (uploaded the Digi-locker/Internet copy of marksheet), please make sure to get your original marksheet/ migration certificate by 20/09/2023, failing which your Calcutta University Registration Process shall not be completed.
b) It is mandatory for the students to access their Institutional Email ID provided by the college as all important information will be sent from college to your Institutional Email ID only. You can check the below mentioned link in case if you have not accessed the same yet.
The Admission Procedure is incomplete without doing the Calcutta University Registration Process. If you do not complete Calcutta University registration process, you will not be able to appear for any examinations under Calcutta University.
