SINGLE DAY WINDOW : B.A. & B.SC PART- II (HONOURS/ GENERAL) CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY EXAMINATIONS FORM FILL-UP, 2019 (UNDER 1+1+1 SYSTEM)

B.A/ B.Sc (Honours & General) students who are due to appear for Part II Calcutta University Examination as a fresh candidate, repeaters or having any fail paper(s) in Part II, including students who had already appeared for Part II Supplementary Examination, are eligible to fill up their Part II Calcutta University Examination Form.

Those students who are eligible for form fill-up but haven’t done the same are given last date to complete their form fill-up procedure on Monday, 25^thMarch, 2019 at 02:30 pm in Room No: 426, 4^th Floor.

Students must bring the following documents on the scheduled date of Form fill-up:

1. Any Previous Years original Mark Sheet Issued by Calcutta University.
2. Original duly Paid Part II Regular/ Casual/ Repeater (as applicable) Fees challan for Academic Year 2018-19.
3. 1 recent Stamp Size Photograph. (We will take only if required)
4. Valid ID Card issued by College. (not applicable for Passout students)
5. Students must bring the Calcutta University Part-II on-line generated printed form. The process for the same is given below.
