It’s rightly said that “Never Stop Learning because Life never stops teaching”
So in order to fulfil this quest for academic pursuits, the Bhawanipur Education Society College felicitated the Scholarship holders of 2018 batch, on the 1st of June 2019. Honouring the Meritorious students of the college.
President Sri Champaklal Doshi, Members of the Governing Body, faculty members, parents and Students graced the occasion.
Dr. Suchandra Chakravarty, Teacher in-Charge shared her thoughts on the significance of Practical Knowledge as a part of the curriculum, leading to a holistic development of students.
Followed by words of encouragement from the Dr. Suman Mukerjee, Director General emphasising on stimulating the learning environment for students.
This was followed by the Honouring ceremony, were 128- Bhawanipur scholars were given cheques along with certificates, medals and backpack. The Scholarship program has been designed to recognize Academic Excellence and help deserving students reach their educational goals, for all the three years they are in college.
This was followed by a vote of thanks by the Scholarship holder and closing remarks by Prof Dilip Shah, Dean of Student Affairs who gave a glimpse into the career building online course-ware, workshops and seminars and other initiatives take up by the College.
Thus, with this vision and belief to encourage and duly reward Talent, the ceremony concluded, by these lines from Mahtama Gandhi “live as if you were to die tomorrow and learn as if you were to live forever.”
There are various students at The Bhawanipur Education Society College who have interest in topics of science and an inquisitiveness that runs deep.
