Reporting Venue for form Fill-up : Room No. 429 (4th floor)

Reporting Time for form Fill-up : 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm

Semester IV Students must bring the following documents for Form Fill-up process:

  1. Two recent stamp size colour Photograph.
  2. Valid ID Card issued by College.
  3. Black ball point pen.
  4. Casual students must carry their Calcutta University Semester IV Original Marksheet in order to complete the form fill-up process.
