Regular Students must bring the following for Form Fill-up:
1. Original & 1 Photocopy of consolidated 3rd year Under Graduation Mark Sheet.
2. Two recent passport size colour Photograph.
3. Valid College ID Card.
Students who are in Semester III & having failed paper(s)/ Repeaters of Semester I must bring the followings :
1. All previous Semester Calcutta University Examination Marksheet.
2. Original fees paid challan of Casual/Repeater Semester I for Academic Year 2019-20 in addition to the documents mentioned in Point no. 2 & 3 above.
