Prachi Mahajan, whose illustrious career trajectory spans across renowned institutions such as Paytm, Goldman Sachs, and Bechtei. The event took place on April 20, 2024 at the Society Hall, from 10:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.

The session underscored the pivotal role of education in shaping one’s career trajectory. It emphasised that graduating from a reputable institution significantly expedites the journey towards higher leadership roles. Individuals hailing from esteemed colleges are often fast-tracked to positions that might otherwise take years to attain for those from average institutions. A substantial portion of the discussion revolved around the evolving landscape of startups, with notable examples, such as Jio, cited to illustrate the paradigm shift wherein market validation precedes revenue generation.
