Hindi Diwas (also called Hindi Day) is an annual literary-day celebrated in India and other Hindi-speaking regions or countries on September 14. It serves to propagate the language and its rich cultural heritage and values. The day is celebrated in all regions and countries with much fanfare and its importance is exacerbated by many fests, events, competitions and other services held on this day. The event also serves as a patriotic reminder to allIndians and Hindi-speaking population of their common roots and unity.
In our college, The Bhawanipur Education Society, we celebrated Hindi Diwas on September 15 2014. It was a cultural program and was held at the 6th floor auditorium of the college itself. The program consisted of many events namely from dance styles of contemporary and Kathak, drama, vocal singing of Ganesh and Saraswati Vandana.
The function was graced by an august gathering of many teachers, students and their parents came to see the program. The program started with a special greeting message from our Hindi ma’am Dr.Vasundhara Mishra. The program started with Ganesh Vandana, followed by Saraswati Vanadana.
The Hindi Diwas was inaugurated by our chief guest Shri. Vishambar Newar, who lighted the lamp and inaugurated the program. He said “Hindi saral avam Vyagyanic bhasha hain.”
The program was continued with dance, drama, elocution, songs. All the people enjoyed the show and praised the students and faculty for organizing such a meaningful program for the college.
Our much-anticipated Team Umang excursion with a group of 73, began on 07th April 2025, when we reached Raxaul Station early in the morning. From there, we boarded our buses and proceeded towards the Birgunj checkpost at the India-Nepal border. After the necessary document verification, issuance of passes, and currency exchange, we entered Nepal and …
