Graduation Felicitation Ceremony (pass out in 2025) Event Details:
Upon clicking on the above mentioned link, provide your 10-digit college UID & click on “Submit” button to check your allotted schedule.
Eligibility criteria for selection in the Graduation ceremony:
i. The student must have cleared Semester VI Calcutta University Examination in the year 2025.
ii. Must have achieved CGPA 6 and above in their final qualifying result (Semester VI result).
iii. Students having failed paper/s in any of the previous semesters at the time of publication of their Semester VI results shall not be eligible for the said Felicitation Ceremony.
iv. For Post-Graduates – All students who have cleared their Semester IV Calcutta University Examination in the year 2025 are eligible for the Post-Graduation Felicitation Ceremony regardless of their grades subject to having no failed paper/s of any previous semester at the time of publication of Semester IV result.
1. Students should report to DhonoDhanno Auditorium for their registration & collection of the Convocation Gown after which they must proceed to their designated seat at the Event Venue as per the schedule.
2. Sit at your designated seat number, as mentioned in the schedule. Seating as per allotment is mandatory.
3. Follow the station number on the dais for felicitation and refer to the registration Counter for a seamless process.
4. Only registered students will be allowed to enter the premises, kindly show the screenshot of the schedule along with your college Id card at the entry gate and check your Registration counter to avoid overcrowding.
5. We request you to vacate the premises promptly after the conclusion of the Graduation Felicitation Ceremony.
