  • Calcutta University Registration Certificate (Original & 1 photocopy).
  • All Original Mark sheet of Calcutta University Examination & one Xerox of the same.
  • 2 recent Stamp Size Photograph.
  • Paid 3rd Year Fees Challan in original (Regular/Casual/Repeater as applicable) for the Academic Year 2018-19.
  • Valid ID Card issued by College.
  • Black Ink Pen.
