Students must bring the following documents:
Calcutta University Semester I Mark sheet or Admit Card – Original.
Duly Paid fees challan of 1st year for Academic Year 2018-19.
1 recent Stamp Size Photograph. (We will take only if required)
Valid ID Card issued by College.

Students must report exactly as per their schedule. No request for the form fill-up will be entertained post completion of form fill-up schedule.
