DISTRIBUTION OF MARKSHEETS OF B.A./ B.SC./ B.COM. PART I/ II CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION, 2020 ALONG WITH PNC CLEARING MARKSHEETS FOR PART III EXAMINATION CLEARED STUDENTS (UNDER 1+1+1 SYSTEM)

B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com. Part I/ II Calcutta University Examination, 2020 (Under 1+1+1 System) Marksheets along with the PNC-Cleared Marksheets will be distributed only to the students who have appeared for the said examination as per the schedule given below.

PNC marksheets will only be distributed to the students having failed paper/s in previous year/s but cleared Part III Examination.

Calcutta University Examination, 2020 Marksheet Distribution Schedule:

B.Com. Calcutta University Examination, 2020 Marksheet will be distributed on Monday, 18th January 2021 from 4A Hall (beside college campus) between 12:00 noon to 04:00 pm.

B.A./ B.Sc. Calcutta University Examination, 2020 Marksheets will be distributed on Tuesday, 19th January 2021 from 4A Hall (beside college campus) between 12:00 noon to 03:00 pm.

• Part I  Examination Marksheet will be distributed from Counter No. 1.
• Part II  Examination Marksheet will be distributed from Counter No. 2.
• Part III PNC-Cleared Examination Marksheet will be distributed from Counter No. 3.

Please Note:

1. Students must bring their Valid College ID Card or fees paid challan in order to collect the Part I/II Examination Marksheet.
2. Students must bring their all previous years marksheets to collect the PNC-Clearing marksheets.
3. It is mandatory to return library book/s pending against your name before collecting marksheet. Please carry the pending library books along with you to submit the same at the Mark sheet collecting venue. 
4. It is mandatory to wear mask, strictly follow the time slot & maintain social distancing while visiting campus for marksheet collection.

The students who will not be able to collect the Physical copy of Marksheet on allotted date, can collect the same from Ground Floor College Office (Room No. 20) on any working day between 11:00 am to 01:00 pm.
