DISTRIBUTION OF COLLEGE ID CARD & ORIENTATION PROGRAMME FOR SEMESTER I STUDENTS (ADMITTED IN SESSION 2025-26) – B.COM./ B.A./ B.SC./B.B.A

B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc./ B.B.A Semester I students (admitted in academic year 2025-26) are hereby informed that their College ID Card Distribution & Orientation Programme will be held as per the schedule given below:

• Distribution of College ID Card: From Saturday, 26th July 2025 to Wednesday, 30th July 2025 from 4A Hall (beside college main building, 4A Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani, Kolkata 700020).
• Orientation Programme: From Monday, 28th July 2025 to Thursday, 31st July 2025.

Your exact Date & Time schedule for the above two events are available in the link given below. 

Important Instructions:

1. It is mandatory to strictly follow the date & time slot for both collection of College ID Card & Orientation Programme (mentioned in the below link) allotted to you as NO request regarding the same shall be entertained after completion of the allotted schedule.

2. It is mandatory to be in proper attire as your photograph will be captured for the College ID card and the same shall be issued to you on the spot.

3. It is mandatory to show the schedule allotment screen at the entrance gate of both of the event venue. It is recommended that you take a screenshot of the schedule screen. (Screenshot must include Name, UID, Course & time schedule)

Only those students whose documents have been approved and who have received their College UID on or before 25/07/2025 will be able to access their College ID Card and Orientation schedule through the link provided above.
Students whose documents are approved on or after 26/07/2025 will be informed about their College ID Card and Orientation in due course of time.
