The Department of Business Administration at The Bhawanipur Education Society College organized a highly informative corporate talk series on the topic “Awareness of Financial Markets” on 30th November at 11:00 AM in Room No. 322. The series witnessed an impressive turnout, with over 120 students in attendance, eager to gain a deeper understanding of financial markets and their dynamics.
The event began with the Master of Ceremonies introducing the distinguished speaker, Mrs. Kiran Kumar Majumdar, Deputy Manager at BSE Institute Ltd. The MC highlighted her impressive credentials, which set the stage for an enriching session. Mrs. Majumdar brings 14 years of corporate experience to the table. She began her career in Portfolio Management at Kotak Securities after completing her MBA in Finance and Control from IMIS, Bhubaneswar. For the past 9 years, she has been working at BSE Institute Ltd., specializing in finance training and development.
Mrs. Majumdar delivered a comprehensive and insightful talk, delving into the complexities of financial markets, their importance, and their broader impact on the global economy. Her session was both informative and interactive, as she encouraged active student participation, answering questions, and providing practical advice on navigating the financial landscape.
