The workshop was conducted by a professional boxing coach who is also an Alumni of the college, Mr. Ashutosh Kumar Jha accompanied by four of his teammates under the presence of the Sports In-charge of the college. The coach started the workshop by introducing the students to the history of boxing and its various styles. He then proceeded to demonstrate the different punches and combinations that are commonly used in boxing, such as jabs, hooks, uppercuts, and crosses.
