This form fill-up is applicable for the students who will be appearing for Semester V (as a whole or having fail paper/s in semester V) Calcutta University Examination, 2021. There is no requirement for physical submission of downloaded Calcutta University Examination, 2021 Form. The Google form link to upload the downloaded examination form is given below.
Students appearing for Semester V are required to complete their Regular/ Casual Enrolment procedure if it is not completed yet before Calcutta University Examination, 2021 Form Fill-up Process. Link for the same is given below.
1. The last date to complete the procedure & upload the Calcutta University Examination Form is 26/12/2021.
2. Students must search their name in the above mentioned check list with their Calcutta University Registration Number / Roll Number by pressing “Ctrl”+”F”. If you are eligible to appear for Calcutta University Examination, 2021 & do not find your name in the above mentioned check list, please fill-up google form given below to notify us the same. We shall revert back after scrutinizing your issue within 48 working hours from the date of your request.
3. In case of any issues faced by you while doing your Calcutta University Examination, 2021 From fill-up procedure, please fill up the Google Form mentioned below to inform us the same.
4. Students will not be able to appear for their Calcutta University Examination, 2021 until they complete the form fill-up procedure as mentioned above.
