There is no requirement for physical submission of downloaded Calcutta University Examination, 2021 Form. The Google form link to upload the downloaded examination form is given below.
Before the start of your Part I &/or Part II Calcutta University Examination Form Fill-up process, you must ensure to complete your Regular / Casual / Repeater fees payment procedure. The link for the sameis given below:

1. The last date to complete the procedure & upload the Calcutta University Examination Form is 24/12/2021.
2. Students must search their name in the above mentioned check list with their Calcutta University Registration Number by pressing “Ctrl”+”F”. In case if you do not find your name in the checklists (B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc. – as applicable) and if you are eligible, please fill-up the Google Form given below to notify the same. We shall get back to you within 48 working hours after scrutinizing your issue.
3. In case of any issues faced by you while doing your Calcutta University Examination, 2021 From fill-up procedure, please fill up the Google Form mentioned below to inform us the same.
4. Students will not be able to appear for their Calcutta University Examination, 2021 until they complete the form fill-up procedure as mentioned above.
