Single Day Window : B.Com/B.A./B.Sc. Calcutta University Supplementary Examination, 2018 Form Fill-up for Part I (General Paper/s only)

Student who are in Part III or Pass-outs and are eligible for Part I (General paper) Supplementary Examination Form Fill-up but haven’t done Form fill-up for the same are hereby given single day window on Thursday, 07/02/2019 at 12:30 p.m. in Valia Hall , Ground Floor.

Students must bring following documents:

1. Calcutta University Supplementary Examination Application Form (print it from Calcutta University website as per process given in above links) 
2. Original or Photo Copy of latest Part I Calcutta University Examination Mark sheet.
3. Original or Photo Copy of latest Part III Calcutta University Examination Mark sheet. (for passout student)
4. 1 Stamp Size photograph. (We will take only if required)
5. Original duly paid 1st year Casual Fees challan for Academic Year 2018-19. (It is mandatory to pay the casual fees)
6. Valid ID Card issued by College. (not applicable for Passout students)
