B.A. & B.Sc. Semester II Calcutta University Examination Form Fill-up is applicable for students who got admitted in Academic Year 2018-19 and will be appearing for Calcutta University Semester II Examination, 2019.

STUDENTS WHO HAVE BEEN BLOCKED DUE TO LACK OF ATTENDANCE SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO FILL UP THEIR B.A. & B.SC. SEMESTER II CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION, 2019 FORM.

Students must report exactly as per their schedule. No request for the form fill-up will be entertained post completion of form fill-up schedule.

B.A. & B.Sc. Calcutta University Examination, 2019 Online Form Fill-Up Procedure 

Students must bring the following documents:

1. Calcutta University Registration Certificate or Semester I Mark sheet.
2. Duly Paid fees challan of 1st year for Academic Year 2018-19.
3. 1 recent Stamp Size Photograph. (We will take only if required)
4. Valid ID Card issued by College.
5. Students must bring the Calcutta University Semester – II on-line generated printed form (On-Line Form Generation Procedure will be uploaded on 08/05/2019 by 2:00 pm).
