The ‘Quizzard Induction’ was organised at the 2nd floor Society Hall on 20th August by the collective’s representative Samreen Alam .The event was witnessed by many aspiring students.
The event started off with Student coordinator Kalicharan giving a brief idea to the students about ‘Quizzard’ and outlining the ideas of what it takes to be a great Quizzard.The event was headed by the Quiz Master Mr.Ashoke Sanyal.He presented a detailed presentation about the various aspects of quizzing and also outlined the origin of quizzes. The event followed by a series of questions, testing the skills of the aspiring members.
The event gave a bird’s eye view regarding the upcoming programmes.The event ended off with the distribution of refreshments and wishing luck to the students for the quizzing sessions.
The theme of the seminar was to explore the myriad lives experiences of our everyday lives that constitute the social reality. The seminar constituted special lectures relevant to the theme by esteemed academicans, followed by paper presentations by students, research scholars and faculty members across different colleges and universities.
