B.Com. / B.A. / B.Sc. / B.B.A. Semester I Students are hereby informed that their Calcutta University Online Registration procedure (Part 1) for the students admitted in Academic Year 2025-2026 has started. The steps to be followed for the said procedure is given in the link below.
The Calcutta University Registration procedure is divided into two parts and it is mandatory for the students to complete both the parts for successful completion of the said Process.
Part 1 – Online Admission & Registration Data submission Process. The last date to complete the same is Saturday, 01st November 2025.
Part 2 – Physical submission of “Admission & Registration data sheet” along with the documents at the college campus. This process will start tentatively from 03/11/2025. Exact schedule and Notice for the same shall be uploaded in the college website, Notice Board section on 29th October 2025 by 04:00 PM.
PART 1 – Online Registration Data Submission
It is advisable to use a laptop or desktop for this process. The preferred browser is Google Chrome, ideally in Incognito mode. It is also advisable to clear the browser history before starting with the below mentioned process. For the completion of Part 1 process, students will require scanned copy of their documents as listed below.
Your ORIGINAL Class XII Board Marksheet (Applicable for all students).
Your original AADHAAR CARD (Applicable only for Indian Nationals).
Your APAAR (ABC) ID CARD (Applicable only for Indian Nationals).
Migration Certificate from your Class XII Board (Applicable only for boards other than CBSE, ISC, WBCHSE, NIOS).
Mother’s & Father’s Government-issued Photo ID Proof (as applicable).
EWS Certificate, issued in your name, by the Government of West Bengal (only if applying under EWS category).
The Calcutta University Registration Online Data Submission process for B.A. (Hons) & B.Sc. (Hons) students has started now.
The process for B.Com. (Morning, Afternoon & Evening Session) students will begin on 29/10/2025 at 04:00 pm.
The process for B.B.A. students will begin on 30/10/2025 at 11:00 am.
a) In case you are unable to log in to Academic 360 – BESC Student Console, please retry after 1 or 2 hours. In case of facing any technical issues while completing your Calcutta University Online Data Submission and Confirmation process even after following the steps mentioned in the link above or if the option does not respond, fill-up the google form to report same.This Google Form is accessible through your Institutional Email ID only.
The Admission Procedure is incomplete without doing both the parts as mentioned above i.e. Part 1 and Part 2 of the Calcutta University Registration Process, failing which you will not be able to appear for any examinations under Calcutta University.
