IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SEMESTER I STUDENTS (ADMITTED IN SESSION 2025-26) – B.COM./ B.A./ B.SC./ B.B.A.

It is hereby notified to the students of B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc./ B.B.A. (admitted in academic year 2025-26 under NEP-CCF system) that their Semester I classes will be commencing from Friday, 01st August 2025.

We understand that you must have received your 10-digit College UID, Section and Roll Number via SMS in your registered mobile number.

In case if you have not received the same, you can check it through the link given below. You are required to give your Application number (of the course / session for which your documents are approved) and Date of Birth in DD-MM-YYYY format (You need to type “-” also) to check your details.

To login to your Institutional Email ID:

1. Go to www.gmail.com
2. Login with your complete Institutional email ID i.e. uid@thebges.edu.in (example 0101222111@thebges.edu.in) along with the password as given in above link.
3. Change password on first login.

Important Note:

1. Incase if you are unable/ facing any issues to access your Institutional Email ID using the information given in the above link, please write us an email mentioning the subject line as “Unable to access Institutional Email ID” along with your Name, 10-digit college UID & Contact Number, at scr@thebges.edu.in .

2. It is mandatory for the students to access the Institutional Email ID provided by the college. All important information will be sent to your Institutional Email ID only.

3. We strongly recommend that this Institutional Google Account be synchronized on your smartphone / Device for easier access.
