All B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc./ BBA Semester I Students are hereby informed that their Calcutta University Online Registration procedure for the Academic Year 2022-2023 will be starting tentatively from Wednesday, 12th October 2022.
The above mentioned Calcutta University Registration Procedure will be online and students are not required to visit the college for the same.
The detailed notice along with the procedure for the Calcutta University Registration will be uploaded on the College website under notice board section (https://thebges.edu.in/category/noticeboard/) on Tuesday, 11th October 2022 by 02:00 pm.
The students are advised to keep the following documents ready as the same shall be required to be uploaded for completing the Calcutta University Online Registration Process.
1. Class XII Board Original physical Marksheet – Scan copy of the original marksheet will be required to upload during the Online registration process. Please note that the net or Digilocker copy of your class XII board marksheet will NOT BE ACCEPTED by Calcutta University for the registration process.
2. Class XII Board Original physical Migration Certificate – Scan copy of the original migration certificate will be required to upload during the Online registration process. This document is only applicable for students coming from the board other than CBSE/ ISC/ WBCHSE/ NIOS Board. It is mandatory to submit the physical copy of your Original Migration Certificate to the college as & when it is asked to do so after completing the on-line registration procedure.
3. Incase if you have not received your Original Class XII Board Marksheet/ Migration Certificate till the registration process begins (i.e. 12/10/2022), we shall share a google form along with the procedure of the registration process on (i.e. 11/10/2022) for you to inform us. Please do not make any query via call/ email till the process is uploaded regarding this matter.
4. It is mandatory for the students to access their Institutional Email ID provided by the college as all important information will be sent from college to your institutional Email ID only. You can check the below mentioned link in case if you have not accessed the same yet.
The Admission Procedure is incomplete without doing the Calcutta University On-line Registration Process. If you do not complete Calcutta University registration process, you will not be able to appear for any examinations under Calcutta University.
