Internship Opportunity in the College Library

The candidate’s major responsibilities will be :
1. To Assist professional staff in overseeing operations of the library.
2. To Assist library staff in activities designed to increase interest in library services.
3. To Assist professional staff in classifying and cataloging books, documents, serials, and other library materials.
4. To Perform professional library work under the supervision of a librarian.
5. To Provide library reference services for locating information and documents utilizing the appropriate technology and resources.

Who Can Apply:

Internship is open to all current students of the college.
Total of 12 internships are available.
It will be for 2 hours of work in the library , 5 days a week, maximum of two weeks for an individual student.
Hours will be outside the class hours of the student concerned.

Stipend of Rs.100/hr.
