The Bhawanipur Education Society College celebrated Teachers’ Day on 7 September 2026 from 11:00 a.m. onwards at Jubilee Hall, honouring the faculty members whose guidance and encouragement continue to shape the lives of their students.
The celebration began with a musical welcome for the teachers of all departments, who entered the hall to a melodious performance by Crescendo. This was followed by a classical dance performance by Flames Eastern, setting a lively tone for the celebrations.
The programme then proceeded with an address by Rector and Dean of Student Affairs, Prof. Dilip Shah, who expressed his appreciation for the faculty and acknowledged their constant contribution to the academic and personal growth of the students. His words highlighted the important role teachers play in guiding students beyond the classroom.
One of the highlights of the celebration was the presentation of the “Golden Midas Awards.” Representatives of the collectives presented the awards to faculty members based on their distinctive personalities and qualities, adding a fun and personal touch to the occasion. The segment was met with laughter, applause and enthusiastic participation from both teachers and students.
The celebrations continued with a short act presented by the students, followed by another heartfelt musical performance by Crescendo. The atmosphere then became even more vibrant with a stylish walk by Fashionista, showcasing the creativity and confidence of the students.
Flames returned to the stage with a captivating Western dance performance, followed by a lively Bollywood performance that brought the celebrations to a fitting conclusion. The performances reflected the students’ affection and gratitude towards their teachers while making the occasion memorable for everyone present.
The Teachers’ Day celebration concluded on a joyful note, leaving the faculty and students with cherished memories and a renewed appreciation for the bond between teachers and students.
