Reporting Time for examination form Fill-up : 12:30 pm to 02:00 pm

Semester III Students must bring the following documents for Form Fill-up process:

1. Semester II Calcutta University Examination marksheet. (Original & 1 Photocopy)
2. Two recent passport size colour Photograph.
3. Valid College ID Card (physical copy).
4. Black ball point pen.
