Reporting Venue for form Fill-up : Room No. 429 (4th floor)

Reporting Time for form Fill-up : 12:30 pm to 02:00 pm

Semester I Students must bring the following documents for Form Fill-up process:

1. Two recent stamp size colour Photograph.
2. Valid ID Card issued by College.
3. Black ball point pen.
4. Casual students must carry their Calcutta University Semester I Original Marksheet along with 1 photocopy of the same in order to complete the form fill-up process.
