7. Objective of the event: The Bhawanipur Education Society College (BESC), Kolkata, conducted a faculty exchange programme with the Uluberia College. Academic institutions benefit from the faculty exchange programs because they promote cross-cultural collaboration, improve the caliber of teaching and research, widen viewpoints, and exchange best practices. By encouraging creativity, professional growth, and closer links with other countries, it eventually benefits teachers and students by providing a variety of learning opportunities.

The lectures were structured to cover key concepts and methodologies, catering to the academic interests and expertise of the targeted students of Semester-VI of B.Sc. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (Hons.) course. The lecture encouraged active participation and engagement from the students through interactive discussions, Q & A sessions, and collaborative activities. The lecture received positive feedback from participants, who expressed appreciation for the engaging delivery style, and relevance of the content. The lecture enriched their understanding of the aforesaid areas and provide valuable insights that they could apply in their academic pursuits.
9. Outcome of the event: Uluberia College hosted a Faculty Exchange Programme with The Bhawanipur Education Society College as a part of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The main aim of this programme was academic collaboration and knowledge exchange among faculty members and students from both the institutions.
