Power, precision, and discipline came together as The Bhawanipur Education Society College organised Combat Training 5.0 on 23rd and 24th July 2026 at the College Turf. Conducted from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., the two-day training programme introduced students to the fundamentals of martial arts and combat sports while encouraging fitness, self-defence, and teamwork.

The sessions were conducted by Mr. Ashutosh Kumar Jha, the college’s Martial and Combat Arts Coach, who guided participants through various techniques and training drills. Along with improving physical fitness, the programme highlighted the discipline, focus, and commitment required to excel in combat sports.

Combat Training 5.0 also served as a platform for students interested in pursuing martial arts at a competitive level. Participants were introduced to opportunities available through the college to train in disciplines such as martial arts, kickboxing, and advanced combat sports, with the possibility of representing BESC at the state, national, and international levels under expert mentorship.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with approximately 100 students gaining a deeper understanding of martial arts and developing a keen interest in the sport. The interactive sessions not only strengthened practical skills but also encouraged confidence, perseverance, and sportsmanship.

The programme concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, where Prof. Minakshi Chaturvedi, Mr. Ashutosh Kumar Jha, and Mr. Rupesh Gandhi, Sports Officer of the college, felicitated the participants. They also appreciated the efforts of the organisers, Saanjh Singh and Nikhil Dwivedi, for successfully conducting the event.

By combining fitness with discipline and skill development, Combat Training 5.0 once again reflected BESC’s commitment to providing students with opportunities that extend beyond the classroom and inspire excellence in every field.
