It is hereby notified that as per the resolution adopted in the Governing Body Meeting of 21st December 2024, The Academic Calendar Committee of the college has been reconstituted with effect from the date of notification till further notice. It includes the following members:

Objective of the Committee
- To make a format of the Academic Calendar of the College; if possible, holding an orientation session regarding the role of the committee, the calendar development process, faculty/ support staff/ office working days including duty days, planning, etc., of scheduled meeting days of all sections/ committees; dates of breaks, holidays, events, examinations/ registration, etc.
- To make an initial draft of the Academic Calendar of the College each year.
- To make a format of the monthly planner of curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular aspects of all the departments/sections of the college.
- To make an SOP/ Guidelines for the planner of each semester and share it with the different sectional Heads (Dean/ VP/ Coordinators) of the College.
- To collect the relevant data from every sectional Dean/ VP/ Coordinator of all departments/ sections of the college by the respective committee members.
- To keep some IQAC-related events involving staff (Faculty/ Support Staff/ Students) on each semester with the help of IQAC Coordinators to be enlisted in the “Academic Calendar”.
- To keep the NAAC/ NIRF-related events in the planner/calendar each year.
Action Plan
- To conduct a meeting on the 1st week of June each year to make a planner/academic calendar.
- To conduct the meeting 15 days alternately upto the last week of July 31 each year.
- To conduct the meeting monthly to finalize the monthly planner for all sections/ departments of the college for each month in a year.
- To send the prepared academic calendar to each sectional Dean/VP/Coordinator for their suggestion.
- To submit the progress report monthly to the Teacher-in-Charge and Vice -Principal, Admin.
