The Bhawanipur Education Society College organised a Placement Drive on 31st July 2026 at the Jubilee Hall, providing students with an opportunity to interact with recruiters and explore a wide range of career prospects.

The drive witnessed the participation of eight companies and around 150 students. Bringing together recruiters and aspiring professionals under one roof, the event served as a platform for students to gain valuable industry exposure while taking an important step towards their professional careers.

Representatives from the participating organisations interacted with students, introducing their companies, discussing available job roles, and outlining the skills and qualities they sought in potential candidates. Students had the opportunity to learn about different career paths, engage directly with recruiters, and apply for positions that matched their interests and qualifications.

Throughout the programme, the recruitment process was conducted by the participating companies, allowing students to experience a professional hiring environment. The event also enabled participants to understand current industry expectations and build confidence while interacting with recruiters.

The Placement Drive concluded successfully, with over 100 students being shortlisted for placement. This reflected the college’s continued commitment to strengthening industry-academia connections and creating meaningful career opportunities for its students.
