The Bhawanipur Education Society College hosted a Dell Product Promotion and Gaming Activity Session from 10 am to 5 pm on 14th and 15th July 2026 at Valia Hall. Organised as part of Dell’s brand activation initiative, the two-day event gave students an opportunity to experience the company’s latest technology while interacting with industry professionals.
Open to students from all semesters, the event saw a footfall of around 100 students, they were showcased a wide range of Dell products, including laptops, accessories, and art tablets. Students explored the features of the devices firsthand and interacted with Dell representatives, who answered questions on product development, brand promotion, and corporate outreach initiatives.
A major attraction of the event was the dedicated gaming zone, where students competed on Alienware laptops in popular titles such as Tekken 8, EA Sports FC 26, Street Fighter, and Forza. Participants who performed well in the gaming sessions were rewarded with exclusive discounts on selected Dell products. Special offers on laptops and other devices were also made available exclusively to BESC students at prices lower than the prevailing market rates. Along with all those there was a prizepool of rupees 10k for each game which was collected by their respective winners.






The event also featured interactive art tablet demonstrations, allowing students to test the devices and showcase their creativity. In addition, Dell conducted an AI workshop where students were introduced to practical applications of artificial intelligence. The session demonstrated how AI tools can be used to create posters, generate creative content, and assist with everyday tasks, giving students insight into how emerging technologies can enhance both academic and professional work.
Adding to the lively atmosphere, Prof. Dilip Shah, Rector and Dean of Student Affairs, visited the venue and interacted with the students and the Dell team. An engaging quiz session, conducted by the Dell emcees along with BESC alumni organisers Ayush Jha and Harsh Agarwal, saw enthusiastic participation from students throughout the event.
Blending technology, gaming, creativity, and industry interaction, the Dell Product Promotion and Gaming Activity Session offered students an engaging campus experience while introducing them to some of Dell’s latest innovations and technological advancements.
