Objective of the Activity:
The objective of the cleanliness drive was to promote the values of cleanliness, environmental responsibility, and community service among students and volunteers. The programme aimed to encourage active participation in maintaining public spaces and spreading awareness about the importance of a clean and healthy environment.

Brief Description of the Activity:
The NSS Unit of The Bhawanipur Education Society College organized Swachhata Hi Seva 2025 on 26th September 2025 at Maidan, Northern Park, and Padmapukur as part of its commitment to environmental sustainability and civic responsibility. Around 10 NSS volunteers enthusiastically participated in the cleanliness drive.

To ensure effective coverage of the designated areas, the volunteers were divided into two teams. Team 1 conducted cleaning activities at the Maidan and its surrounding areas, while Team 2 covered Northern Park, Ladies Park, Jaggu Bazar, and nearby localities. The volunteers actively collected waste, cleaned public spaces, and contributed to maintaining a cleaner and healthier environment. Through their dedicated efforts, the drive emphasized the significance of individual responsibility in preserving public spaces and promoting environmental consciousness.

Outcome of the Activity:
The cleanliness drive successfully contributed to improving the cleanliness of several public areas and reinforced the importance of environmental stewardship. The activity instilled a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and civic awareness among the participating volunteers. It also served as a practical demonstration of the principles of the Swachhata Hi Seva movement, encouraging participants and community members alike to adopt cleaner and more sustainable practices in their daily lives.
