Brief Description of the Activity:
The NSS Unit of The Bhawanipur Education Society College organized a yoga session titled “The AI of Yoga – Optimise Your Own Operating System” on 12th November 2025 at the Concept Hall from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The session was conducted by Mr. Adwitio Sengupta, an Art of Living faculty member, certified yoga instructor, and Himalayan trekker.

Mr. Sengupta led an engaging and interactive session that introduced participants to yoga as a holistic practice for balancing the mind, body, and inner energy. He explained how yoga can be understood as a way to “optimize one’s own operating system” by improving mental clarity and physical well-being. The participants were guided through various real-time yoga postures, breathing exercises, and short meditation practices designed to improve concentration, relaxation, and self-awareness. The session was highly interactive and encouraged active participation from all attendees.

Outcome of the Activity:
The programme successfully enhanced participants’ understanding of yoga and its benefits for overall well-being. The session helped improve focus, relaxation, and mindfulness among the participants. It also encouraged students to incorporate yoga and meditation into their daily routine for better physical and mental health. The activity reinforced the importance of holistic wellness and self-care among NSS volunteers and students.
