B.A./ B.Sc. Semester IV Calcutta University Examination, 2026 Form Fill-up procedure has started for the students who will be appearing for Semester IV (as a whole or having failed paper/s in Semester IV) under CBCS system (including students who are Admitted/ Registered under Calcutta University in the year 2020 or before. Please check the notice given below regarding the same.

The entire procedure is online and the same is given in the link below (link B) which includes the online form generation process from the Calcutta University website and the Form submission procedure on the below mentioned Google form. The last date to complete the procedure is 21st June 2026.

Before you start the process for the Examination Form Fill-up, you must read the important notes given below.

Important Notes:

1. It is mandatory to be a bonafide student of the College to complete the above mentioned examination form fill-up procedure. To be a bonafide student, please complete the enrolment procedure if not done yet. The link for casual enrolment is given below.

2. If you are facing issues while accessing Calcutta University Form fill-up portal while generating/ submitting your examination form, please retry after 2 or 3 hours to minimize the issues.
