1. Students should report to Valia Hall, College Campus for their registration & collection of the Convocation Gown & then visit to their allotted Event Venue as per the schedule mentioned above.

2. We will be observing Covid-19 Precautions, so it is mandatory to maintain the time schedule, wear masks & follow social distancing norms while visiting the venue.

3. Only eligible students will be allowed to enter the premises as per the time slot, kindly show the screenshot of the schedule along with your college Id card at the entry gate and check your Registration counter to avoid overcrowding.

4. Vacate the premises post the ceremony for everyone’s safety please follow Covid Precautions.
