Considering that a variety of events like cultural programmes, seminars , debates, plays and other programmes are conducted throughout the year, the College houses an auditorium and numerous other performing areas which facilitate the students to carry on their activities smoothly and with ease. The College Auditorium is centrally air-conditioned with a fully sound proof set up and equipped with latest technology for all types of audio/video presentations. A number of small digital auditoriums are also available for seminars, meetings, workshops etc.

To bring freshness, enjoyment and for the sound health of the students, The Bhawanipur Sports Arena accommodates a wide range of individual and group recreational sports and fitness activities. Equip with the latest sports equipment and with professional coaches for every game.
MULTI-PURPOSE ARTIFICIAL TURF
The multi-purpose playground and sports facilities encourage children to be more active and to play sports. Synthetic grass is safe for children to play on even in rain. A typical multi-use installation include line markings for hockey, tennis, netball, basketball, badminton and more, even a running track. Flexible netting can divide the area, allowing several different activities on the turf surface simultaneously.
BESC students can avail parking facility for his/her two wheeler vehicle if he/she chooses to keep one.
The College Building has fully functional branch of UCO Bank. The College also has ATM site of ICICI Bank and the Fee banking is done with Federal Bank which is located in the adjacent building of the College. All these facilities help students in on-campus fee deposition, on-line fee deposition, off-line fee deposition, and in meeting their day to day banking needs.

The Gymkhana provides facilities for indoor games like Pool, Chess, Carom & Table Tennis. The Common Room is also available for the exclusive use of our girl students during during speacial time slots especially assigned for them. The services of a Physical Instructor are also available for our students between 12:30 PM and 5:30 PM. We have an annual sports meet and various tournaments are organised throughout the year, with our students representing the College at various inter-collegiate and state level competitions.
Many an innovative idea has been born in the much-romanticised College Canteen. Ours is situated on the ground floor and remains open from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM Monday to Friday and 6:30 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays.
An air conditioned Central Library, the Knowledge Centre, provide to students and staff a very conducive environment and opportunity for exploring a world of knowledge.
All the libraries have rich collection of text and reference books, journals, magazines, audio/videos, CD Roms, research reports, online journals, database analysis software, etc. in all disciplines and in all areas of study.
WEB OPEC Catalog (online catalogue) software enables students and staff to search, request for, and reserve books and other reference material in the library.
The Central Library has exclusive computer terminals to provide students free and fast access to internet.
The library is kept open late in the night with eating facilities close by for providing students maximum time to read, explore, and work there.
The College library has nearly 15,000 holdings at present, and the number is growing. Not only do we acquire the newest textbooks and print resources doing a literature review and services offering literature review help for use by students in all our courses, be it Commerce, Science, Humanities, or Management and Information Technology, we also subscribe to 21 journals and periodicals and 10 newspapers.
We have well organised subject sections, internet-enabled computer workstations, and a quiet reading room for the use of our students from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays, with Sundays closed.

Labs are integral part of an academic institution and in BHAWANIPUR we are strongly committed to providing world class infrastructure of labs so that we can create ideal environment for a student to understand the practical part of concepts. For this we have labs for various disciplines, fully equipped for academic support of students as well as for pursuing research.
The College has four state of the art Computer Laboratories with high configuration desktops and all requisite software. We also have a dedicated network printer in each lab for our students’ printing needs.
BHAWANIPUR has more than 200 computers with latest configuration and software for almost every specialization which falls under the disciplines of Arts, Sciences, Commerce, and Management.
